Engineering Neuronal Network Architecture Using Flexible PDMS Micropillar Scaffolds

The use of flexible PDMS micropillar scaffolds to guide in vitro neuronal growth and network organization. By varying interpillar geometry, neurite alignment, thickness, and growth orientation were modulated, revealing the critical role of surface topography in neural tissue engineering and the development of functional neuronal networks.
